RIAI Workstages 1 - 5

Stage 1: Defining your brief & initial bespoke sketch design

Stage 2: Developing your design and preparing 2D and 3D drawings of your project. Liaising with your local authority on a pre planning consultation for your proposed development

Stage 3: Lodging your planning application - including the preparation of drawings and relevant information*

Stage 4: Coordinating your tender package - developing the detailed drawings & specifications & coordinating all tender package information*

Stage 5: Supervising your project on site - this includes regular site visits and supervision throughout the construction stage of your project*

*Please note, additional professional services may be required during these stages. Depending on the complexity of your project these may include a; Quantity Surveyor, Structural Engineer, Landscape Architect, M&E Engineer, BER Assessor, Fire Engineer, DAC Engineer, PSDP, Assigned Certifier.

Furniture Design

Would you like a piece of furniture designed - small multi purpose pieces such as a lamp, a bookcase or a modular coffee table, a window seat or cloakroom?

Stage 1: Defining your brief & initial bespoke sketch design - material analysis and colour palette selection

Stage 2: Developing your design and preparing 2D and 3D drawings of your project. Liaising with local fabricators to ensure your furniture will be made to the utmost of standards

Stage 3: Coordinating your tender package - developing the detailed drawings & specifications & coordinating the fabrication team*

Stage 5: Supervising your project on site - this may include site visits or fabrication workshop visits depending on the scale and complexity of the initial brief*
